Footscray has made five changes ahead of a Sir Doug Nicholls Round clash with Carlton at IKON Park.

AFL-listed Bulldogs Adam Treloar, Josh Dolan, Harvey Gallagher and Luke Kennedy have been named, while recruit Tom McGuane will make his Footscray debut.

McGuane arrived at the Kennel from the Western Jets ahead of this season, and is the son of 152-game Collingwood Premiership player Mick.

Oskar Baker and Cooper Hynes have been elevated to the senior side, Bailey Young and Chan Hargraves will miss through injury, and Xavier Kardachi has been omitted.

The ‘Scray will be looking to bounce back after a 10-point defeat to Southport before the bye.

The match will start at 12:05pm AEST at IKON Park and be broadcast live via ABC TV and ABC iview.

The Bulldogs will also debut their 2026 First Nations guernsey, which was designed by Joey Chatfield-Berg on Gunditjmara and Kirrae Whurrong Country in Victoria’s Western District.

The design centres around protection, respect and connection, and is dedicated to his late grandparents.
