The Western Bulldogs are delighted to confirm that key defender Jordon Butts has officially joined the red, white and blue.

Butts arrives at Mission Whitten Oval from Adelaide as an unrestricted free agent via the Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period, having played 94 games for the Crows across eight seasons.

The 26-year-old was selected at Pick 39 in the 2018 AFL Rookie Draft from the Murray Bushrangers.

Butts averaged 11 touches, three intercept marks and five spoils during the season, playing on some of the most challenging forwards in the game.

Western Bulldogs Player Acquisition and Strategy Manager Michael Regan said adding Butts to the squad was a boost for the Club's defensive stocks.
