Tory Dickson secured the top votes from the AFL Coaches’ Association, after his six-goal, match winning performance against Adelaide on Sunday.

His first AFLCA votes for the season, the 25-year-old had a dominant presence in the Western Bulldogs forward line, including three consecutive majors in the final quarter when the game was still in dispute.

Both coaches also voted Tom Liberatore second best afield, for his game high 30 disposals and eight clearances – equalled only by the Crows’ Bernie Vince.

Liberatore has firmed as the Bulldogs second ranked performer in the AFLCA awards, collecting votes on nine occasions – Ryan Griffen has notched votes in 14 games.

Big man Tom Campbell was  a commanding figure in the Dogs attacking half, kicking four majors and taking five marks (four contested).

His performance was enough to earn five votes from the two senior coaches on the day.

200-gamer Adam Cooney also provided a spark against the Crows, confirmed by his two goals and three goal assists.

Rounding out the Bulldogs’ best performers is Charles Sutton Medal favourite Ryan Griffen, who maintains his position in fifth place on the AFLCA leaderboard in 2013.
