Western Bulldogs will be out to maintain their unbeaten start to the 2019 VFLW season this weekend.

The Bulldogs will host Darebin Falcons at VU Whitten Oval at 12pm on Saturday.

Annaleise Xanthos will make her debut in red, white and blue, while AFLW-listed player Kirsty Lamb will line-up for her first VFLW clash of the season.

Ashleigh Gunn and Riley Christgoergl return to the side after being emergencies last week, with Isabel Huntington, Naomi Ferres, Danielle Marshall and Jess Crundall making way.

Having won their opening three encounters for the season, the Bulldogs sit on top of the ladder – with Richmond (3-0) the competition’s only other undefeated team.

The Falcons are yet to taste victory in 2019 from their three matches.

Last week, the Bulldogs produced a two-goal final term burst to edge out Geelong by seven points, while the Falcons are coming off the bye.
