The Western Bulldogs will unveil recruit Josh Bruce in the red, white and blue for the first time on Saturday afternoon against Port Adelaide in Whyalla, in their second Marsh Community Series Match.

The Bulldogs will also welcome three familiar faces in Matt Suckling, Easton Wood, and Tim English, all having missed the first Marsh series win over North Melbourne a fortnight ago.

Suckling and Wood have been named on the extended interchange bench alongside Lewis Young, Bailey Smith, Toby McLean, Roarke Smith, Jordon Sweet and Ryan Gardner.

Tory Dickson will miss with a minor adductor injury, but is expected to be available for the season-opener, with Ed Richards also making way from the team that defeated the Kangaroos a fortnight ago.

Skipper Marcus Bontempelli, Jack Macrae and Jason Johannisen will return to being teammates, following their State of Origin appearances last Friday night.

The Bulldogs will reduce this 26-player team to 24 players prior to the first bounce on Saturday afternoon at Bennett Oval, Whyalla.
