Bailey Hunt will make her return to the Western Bulldogs’ line-up against the GWS Giants on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural AFLW Indigenous Round.

Hunt has been named on the wing, having been sidelined for the Dogs’ previous two matches after suffering a calf strain in round two.

She returns in place of Isabella Grant, who made her AFLW debut in round three.

The team will be looking to record their fourth consecutive win – a feat last achieved from round seven, 2018 to round two, 2019.

The AFLW Bulldogs have never won four straight in a single season.

On Saturday, the Bulldogs will be wearing an Indigenous guernsey designed by 18-year-old Aboriginal artist Ky-ya Nicholson-Ward, which celebrates ‘coming together as one’.

The design has a focus on female empowerment, and the importance of reaching a goal and moving forward in life.

The match-worn guernseys will be auctioned off after the match, alongside some specially-painted match-worn player boots.

The match will be broadcast live on Fox Footy, with the first bounce at 3.10pm at VU Whitten Oval.

Score updates will also be available via @BulldogsW on FacebookTwitter and Instagram.
