The Western Bulldogs have confirmed their side for Sunday’s clash with Carlton at Marvel Stadium.

Athletic defender Buku Khamis will make his AFL debut and will be joined in the team by ruckman Jordon Sweet and small forward Lachie McNeil.

Sweet will play his second game at AFL level, after making his debut earlier this season against the Gold Coast Suns.

McNeil returns to the starting team after being the unused medical sub last week.

Making way from last week’s side are Stefan Martin (injury), Josh Schache and Rhylee West.

Martin is expected to miss a couple of weeks with Achilles soreness.

West has been named as an emergency, alongside Lewis Young, Louis Butler and Jamarra Ugle-Hagan.

The match will mark premiership Bulldog Jason Johannisen’s 150th AFL game.

Johannisen made his AFL debut in 2012, after being recruited by the Bulldogs with pick 39 in the 2010 NAB AFL Rookie Draft.

The match will be part of a Bulldogs VFL-AFL double-header on Channel 7, with the VFL match being broadcast from 12pm and the AFL match from 3pm.
