Jamie Maddocks joined the Bulldogs’ coaching panel at the end of 2015.

Maddocks has been heavily involved in the player development space, after honing his coaching craft at state underage level and in the TAC Cup (now NAB League).

From 2015-19, Maddocks was the Bulldogs’ development coach and opposition analyst.

He was promoted to the role of development manager ahead of the 2020 season.

Maddocks coached at the Oakleigh Chargers (2011-13) and Dandenong Stingrays (2008-10) in the TAC Cup, and was involved in a premiership with the Chargers in 2012.

He was a three-time premiership player with St Bede’s/Mentone in the VAFA.
