“Yes! I have some underlying health issues I’d been ignoring – this program has given me a push in the right direction to address them and to increase my physical activity and include exercise into my day. I’ve found some exercise buddies too, which may become social buddies, which will increase my mental wellbeing.” - Daughters of the West 2023 Participant

“Absolutely. Being aware of overall health and access supports has been so important. The social aspect was wonderful in that all the women here had a common goal, it was fun to support each other, have some silly laughs, and just be women and looking after self without any social pressures.” - Daughters of the West 2023 Participant

“I want to say thank you. There's probably a lot of things that I know, in the back of my mind. But I think the program reminds you of things that are important, and to focus on oneself, to focus on your own health. I don't know, I tend to care about everyone else and I forget about myself.... This is just a springboard to get on with it, and I'm grateful for that. Thank you.” - Daughters of the West 2022 Participant
