Sons of the West is back for 2023, and we’re excited to be launching the men’s health and wellbeing program with a FREE event at Watergardens Shopping Centre on Saturday February 18.
Delivered by the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation, the 10-week Sons of the West program provides men of all ages with the opportunity to learn more about their health, get active and meet new mates. Facilitated by health and fitness professionals, the program will kick off in March across the West of Melbourne and Victoria.
To launch the program for 2023, we’re inviting you to Station Street at Watergardens Shopping Centre, Taylors Lakes for a day full of fun activities for the whole family. Hear from Western Bulldogs premiership player Tom Boyd, get involved in a range of activities, win awesome prizes and learn more about the Sons of the West program and its incredible benefits.

From 11am:
- Western Bulldogs Community Foundation - program information, giveaways and games
- cohealth – hear about their amazing resources and free community health services
- Western Bulldogs - activities, giveaways and the chance to meet Bulldogs mascot ‘Woofer’
- Watergardens Walkers – learn about this successful walking group that was born from the Sons of the West program!
