Lead with Impact  

Performance Leadership, the course co-delivered between Western Bulldogs Education and Victoria University, will return to Melbourne in August.  

In its third instalment for 2025, the professional-development workshop, facilitated by expert academic staff over two days, will provide emerging leaders and new managers the opportunity to confidently take that next leadership step.  

Through expert-led sessions and guest speakers, you and your team can build critical skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making. 

All participants will walk away with practical tools to lead effectively, build trust, and foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment. 

Since its inception in 2022, the established program has seen over 100 alumni already, so whether you’re stepping into your first leadership role or wanting to strengthen your influence, this is the course delivers real-world skills to help you thrive.  

With practical strategies, peer networking, and hands-on activities, you'll walk away with a toolkit to lead any team with confidence.
