The Western Bulldogs will face Fremantle at Marvel Stadium on Sunday, August 24 at 3.15pm to round out the AFL home and away season.
The AFL confirmed the Round 24 schedule today, with the Bulldogs set to play the penultimate game on the Sunday, followed by Brisbane v Hawthorn. Both games are likely to have a significant impact on finishing positions in the top eight of the ladder.
The Bulldogs' Round 2 AFLW game against Richmond at Ikon Park, which had originally been scheduled for 3.05pm on the same day, has been moved to 12.35pm to avoid an overlap and provide fans of the red, white and blue with the opportunity to enjoy both games.
With two home games remaining at Marvel Stadium, the Bulldogs are a strong chance to break their AFL attendance record for a single season - which currently sits at 365,790 - either against West Coast in Round 23 or Fremantle in Round 24.
The Club has already broken its all-time membership record, with more than 63,000 signing up in 2025.
The ninth-placed Dogs play the Demons at the MCG on Sunday afternoon as they continue their push for finals footy.
The red, white and blue will face Melbourne again the following Saturday at Mission Whitten Oval as part of Round 1 of AFLW. The marquee occasion will celebrate the roles both clubs have played as pioneers of the women's game.
