The Western Bulldogs have submitted their Round 1 team to face Melbourne in the 15th Hampson-Hardeman Cup on Saturday night at Mission Whitten Oval.
2024 Best and Fairest winner Isabelle Pritchard has been cleared to play, following a pre-season knee injury, while Ellie Blackburn returns to the line-up for the first time since Round 3 last year.
Sarah Hartwig will notch up her 50th career match in the red, white and blue, while Lou Stephenson will play her first for the club.
As revealed yesterday, Emma McDonald and Sarah Poustie will make their league debuts.
The Dogs will be keen to start their 2025 campaign on a positive note when they host fellow inaugural club Melbourne from 7:35pm AEST on Saturday.
The match will be broadcast via 7Mate, Fox Footy and Kayo Sports.
