The Western Bulldogs have made four changes ahead of their final home-and-away game against Melbourne on Saturday at the MCG.

Rebounding pair Bailey Dale and Connor Budarick will both return to the side after long lay-offs, while skipper Marcus Bontempelli comes into the team after being managed last weekend.

Ryan Gardner will play his first game since Round 8 against the Swans.

Jordan Croft, Lachie Jaques, Louis Emmett have all been omitted, with Tom Liberatore being managed.

Jedd Busslinger, Oskar Baker and Lachie McNeil have been named as emergencies for the clash.

The match begins at 4:15pm and will be broadcast live on Fox Footy and Kayo.

The AFL is expected to confirm details of the Wildcard Finals after Round 24 has been completed.
