Casual Membership Sales Administrator | Applications will be open until 11pm, Sunday 17th November 2019

We are seeking casual Membership Sales Administrator to join our amazing Membership Services team.

The majority of your working day will be dedicated to making outbound calls to unrenewed members and membership prospects. You will assist in achieving the Clubs ambitious membership targets for 2020.

You will be provided with on-site training in best practice customer service methods as well as exposure to the inner workings of an AFL Club.

This role is a casual position and may require flexible working hours on match days and Club events.

Communications Coordinator | Applications will be open until 11pm, Sunday 24th November 2019

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications Coordinator to join the Western Bulldogs Football Club.

Reporting to Communications Manager, this role is responsible coordinating earned and owned media across men’s and women’s football programs, the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation and Ballarat programs, as well as playing a key role in editorial production and assisting with operations relating to the Club’s website and social media platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading media coordination for the Club’s women’s football programs (AFLW and VFLW), as well as the VFL program.  It will be the primary contact for media inquiries during the AFLW, VFLW and VFL seasons.

Work Placements

Unfortunately the Western Bulldogs are unable to provide work experience to secondary school students.

The Western Bulldogs have a unique and innovative partnership with Victoria University. Through this relationship the Western Bulldogs provide Work Integrated Learning Cadetships to tertiary students who are typically in their final year of study at Victoria University.

These placements are based on and include the following:
• Work load of the department.
• The availability of a staff member to supervise the student - the availability of work space.
• Part of the students course requirement; and
• Being of specific relevance to the students’ area of study.

These opportunities are offered only to Victoria University Students and are advertised directly through the Work Integrated Learning Centre of each faculty and Victoria University.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide any further placement or work experience opportunities to students from other tertiary institutions.
