AFLW Bulldog Hannah Scott will make her return from a quad injury in the VFLW this weekend.

Scott has been sidelined for the entire AFLW season thus far, but will take one step closer to making her senior return when the Bulldogs host Southern Saints on Sunday morning. 

She is one of five AFLW-listed Bulldogs to be named, alongside Bailey Hunt, Annabel Strahan, Jemima Woods and Amanda Ling.

Newly-appointed co-vice captain Eliza Morrison will also feature in her first hit-out of the 2022 season, starting on the wing.

The first bounce will be at 9.45am at VU Whitten Oval.

Admission is free, with the match to also be live streamed via afl.com.au.

The Western Bulldogs VFLW have fallen to the Southern Saints by 38-points at VU Whitten Oval on Sunday.

Despite a bright start from the home team, a three goal burst from the Saints during the second quarter opened the game up. 

Mary Sandral was the standout for the Bulldogs, kicking three goals for the match.

The Bulldogs showed what they were capable of during the third term kicking two goals and matching it with the Southern Saints.

The loss still leaves the side winless after three rounds.

The Bulldogs next face the Casey Demons with a date and time yet to determined.
