Congratulations on participating in the Sons of the West Program!
Throughout the program, this page will be your one-stop shop where you will find information for each week of the program, healthy recipes, downloadable templates and free resources to keep you on the right track.
Each week you will discover weekly exercises to keep you physically active while at home, recordings of weekly sessions and additional resources from the speaker.
Physical Activity Sessions
The Sons of the West physical activity videos cater for a range of levels of fitness and ability. The videos are offered in two different levels so choose what is right for you. If you’re not sure start with the gentle ‘getting active’ videos and see how you go.
Before you get going make sure you read through the safety advice here
- Getting Active — catering for those who may not be familiar with physical activity. Maybe you’re just coming back from rehabilitation or an injury? Or maybe you just haven’t been active in a while and want to dust off the runners.
- Active — for the men who have a base level fitness already, or for those who have started their fitness journey. We will look at making physical activity fun again with plenty of variety and strength activities.
